Shipping policy

All Movement Magnets products are custom-made to order with the photos or designs you provide.

Processing Times

• Standard orders (6, 9, or 12 magnets): typically 2–4 business days.
• Bulk orders (30, 50, or 100 magnets): typically 3–5 business days.

Processing time begins after we receive your completed order and all required photos or designs. If we need additional information or there is an issue with the submitted images, processing may be delayed until we receive a response.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Lehi, Utah.

• Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $8 flat rate on 6, 9, 12, and 30-magnet kits.
• Free standard shipping on 50 and 100-magnet kits.
• Express shipping (1–2 business days in transit): $15, available on eligible orders.

Orders are produced Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and products. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
